How will I know where my car is on the way?

You can call our customer support team to know the live location of your taxi.

What shall I do if my driver is late?

Our drivers usually don’t late. Under extreme circumstances, they may get late. In that case, you can call our customer care executive to know the status of the driver.

How do I get the lost item back that I have dropped in the car?

You can leave us an email at [email protected] to let us know about your lost item. We will make every effort to locate it. Depending on the size and weight of the item, we will deliver it to your location, or you can also come to our office to collect it.

How do I get a receipt?

After booking your ride, you will get a confirmation email. You can take a printout of that email and use it as a receipt.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your driver has not been allocated when you cancel the booking, there will be no cancellation fee. However, you have to pay a small cancellation fee if you cancel your booking after the allocation.

Can I keep a driver all day with me?

We serve 24X7. So, if you book a taxi for the whole day, the driver will obviously be with you.

What is your waiting time policy?

We offer a grace period of five minutes to our customers. For pre-bookings, the five-minute starts from the time the journey is booked, and for ASAP bookings, the grace period begins from the time when the vehicle arrives. Once you reach the 6th minute, we will charge a fee for additional waiting time.

Can I hire a taxi on an hourly basis?

Yes, you can hire a taxi from us on an hourly basis.

Do you have a baby seat or booster seat in your taxis?

We can provide a baby seat or booster seat on special requests.

Can I carry all types of goods in your taxi?

Yes, you can unless it is forbidden by the government.

How much luggage can I take in a car with me?

It depends on several factors like the size of the vehicle, the number of passengers, etc. We request you to call our customer care office at 817-676-3702 to learn more about it.

Do you need the flight number when picking me up from the airport?

Yes, we need your flight number to track your flight status and ensure that our driver gets to the airport at the right time. Therefore, you don’t have to wait for your taxi.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Your driver will meet you at the arrival gate with a board containing your name on it.

What should I do if my flight is late landing?

You don’t have to worry about the delay of your flight. Since we already have your flight number, we will keep tracking its landing time and pick you up accordingly.

What happens if my flight has been delayed or canceled?

As already answered above, you don’t have to worry about the delay of the flight. In case of flight cancellation, you can reschedule your taxi booking according to your next flight timing.

Yes, you can book outstation cabs with us, but please remember that outstation cab charges are higher than average.

Can I book a taxi with multiple pick-ups and drop-off locations?

We will request you to call our customer support team at 817-676-3702 to discuss your full trip. Proper planning is required for multiple pick-ups and drop-offs. In most cases, we are able to do it.

Can I pre-book a car in advance for a corporate or private event?

Booking and Payment

How do I book a taxi?

How do I apply a promo code to a booking?

We will request you to make your booking over a phone call if you have a promo code. While talking to our customer care executive, tell him about the code, and he will apply the discount to the charges.

Do you accept every mode of payment?

Yes, we accept payment in different modes, but we prefer contactless payment.

Can I make a booking if I don't know my destination?

We request a full destination address at the time of the booking because it helps us provide an exact journey quotation. We will charge you an ‘as directed’ rate if you don’t know your destination.

Do I have to tip the driver?

You don’t have to tip your driver, although any tip is much appreciated.
